How can I join LPC?

Joining LPC is easy! But there are different steps to take depending if you are a new, returning, transferring or life member! Our membership books hae been full over the past 24 months, with openings being strictly limited. In 2025 we are happy to declare that there are some strictly limited postions avaliable! I am a NEW MEMBER looking to join!

Welcome to LPC! If you are joining Pony Club for the first time we ask that you reach out to us via email to check our avaliability. Please email us at londonderryponyclubsecretary@gmail.com with some details about yourself (or prospective members) such as age, riding history and what skills you may offer to our club. Our secretary will respond asap with the next steps.

I am a RETURNING LPC member

Welcome back to another fantastic year of LPC! You can renew your membership via the JustGo, using your unique Pony Club ID number (which can be found on any of your past memberships or can be obtained from our secretary) and password to login. Connect your family members to complete your renewal in one go!

Unlike the old system, JustGo allows you to connect all the member portals for registraions from the same family. The below video explains how to connect the accounts. Once connected, you can proceed with selecting the correct membership per profile, and adding them to teh cart. Once all selcted, click on the cart and proceed to checkout.

I have been a member of Pony Club in the past, or I am a TRANSFERRING member

Glad to have you back at pony club! For returning but not previously (last 2 years) active members looking to re-join, please contact our club secretary at londonderryponyclubsecretary@gmail.com for assistance. For a transferring member please indicate your intentions to transfer with LPC and your departing club firstly. Both clubs will need to apporve the transfer. Transfer documentation can then be completed via the members tab in the JustGo Portal. Once your intention is lodgeed in the portal, LPC will have access to approve your transfer

I am a LIFE MEMBER of LPC

This one is simple! The LPC executive team will renew your membership on your behalf! No need to do anything, just make your intention to be an active member known to the LPC executive.

Membership Fees

The membership fee includes the Pony Club Australia, Pony Club NSW and Zone 19 affiliation as well as insurance fees. Londonderry Pony Club requires all Riding members under 18 years to join with a parent/guardian as a member. This parent/guardian must be on the grounds at all times when the junior members are in attendance.
Any person involved in leading a beginner rider on lead, at any time, must be a member.Voting right is one vote each per associate (17 years & above) and Senior financial members (Riding and Non-Riding).
The Utility Fee covers ground expenses such as power, water, insurance and maintenance costs for services not covered by our volunteers.
