Rally Day Procedures

Rally days are held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month (excluding December and January) . Rally Days are not however held on Public Holidays/Long Weekends Rally Day Times: Gear check 9:45am (8:45am Daylight Savings)Session start time 10am (9am Daylight Savings) Lunch Time Midday Begginner Ring Concludes Midday Transition and Open Rings Conclude 3pm (2pm Daylight Savings) Rally Day Entry Due to our large member base, Rally Day Entries are via pre-entry only, to allow numbers to reflect instructor avaliability. Rally Day Entries will be sent out via email, no later than the Monday of Rally Day week, with entires closing at midnight Thursday, unless allocation is pre-exhuasted. Rider will receive confirmation of their acceptance at rally day by Saturday morning, which will alos outline their riding group for the day, and their volunteer duties. NO PRE ENTRY- NO RIDE Canteen Canteen and BBQ lunch is avaliable each rally day with some menu items changing with each season. The canteen accepts both cash and EFTPOS payment.
